I have a real issue with this book.

Its 2 main points are:

1. Self harm to gain friends
2. Succumb to the bully's demands.

Just me?

Me too. I can't stand it but I've had to read it to countless children in schools.

It was one of my favourite books as a child, because "shiny fish".

Agree though the message is not great looking back on it now.

It's a horrible book!
