What's for dinner?

I have steak mince that I want to use but I'm sick of the usual cottage pie, lasagna, chilli, bolognese. The weather is absolutely shite here so fancy something comforting.
What's everyone else having?

Could you make koftas with them? Flat breads, rice and dips? Or is that too summery?
Maybe meatballs? Like ikea ones?

Why don't you make a meatloaf?
