Not sure of the best place for this but wondering if anyone knows of something that might help.

I’m looking for something that I can use as a sort of reminder/progress/mindset tracker.

Over the last 8 weeks or so I’ve been trying to eat well, drink less alcohol and more water, get decent sleep, move more…all the good stuff, and when I can remember how good I feel when I do these things then it’s brilliant.

The ultimate goal is to lose weight and get a lot fitter but I’m just trying to focus on feeling better initially. I have anxiety and OCD as well as a skin condition that reacts to stress and bad diet. I’m trying to focus on progress rather than getting everything ‘right’ all the time, and throwing all my work away if I get one wee thing wrong.

My difficulty at the moment is that I seem to forget all the positives really easily. I woke up yesterday morning with anxiety symptoms through the roof having had a ‘weekend off’ I didn’t do any exercise, ate a lot of what I fancied, drank a fair amount of wine, and had rotten sleep as a result. My itchy skin is only now beginning to calm down a bit.

I think what I need is a way to see things written down to remind myself of what I need to do and how much better it makes me feel. I have tried writing in a journal and as soon as it’s closed and put away it’s like I forget it all again.

I don’t know if anyone has an idea of something that might do this? Or have any idea what I’m actually asking for??

My mental health conditions are being treated separately btw, this is just me trying to do what I can to help myself.

I use Loop habit tracker along with RoutineFlow, I have OCPD and need to have things written down, be able to tick them off and track my progress.

There's a few others I've used that are also good but I can't remember the names. Have a look through the app store and pick one you like
