Villa with a chef

has anyone gone on holiday and rented a villa with their own pool? we’re a neurodivergent family and fancied having our own space - but I’m a bit concerned about food.

would prefer to eat out, but the thoughts just occurred that having someone shop and stock the kitchen etc might be one way to take it a bit easier.

we’re not rich but we want to have a bit of a treat holiday.

if anyone’s done this sort of thing id love to hear about it!

We've done this on a big group holiday and it was wonderful! The chef came to discuss allergies and preferences beforehand, and it was such a joy to have no prep to do, no clearing up and filling the dishwashers afterwards. There were even little parcels of leftovers in the fridge for us to enjoy. Not cheap, by any means, but we wished we could have got more than two bookings during our fortnight's holiday.
