Recommend me a cookbook that caters for fussy kids and knackered parents

In need of some new ideas for family meals! I'm feeling overwhelmed by the options out there. I'm a not very adventurous, hugely time-poor mum, who finds cooking stressful. Can anyone recommend me some recipe books with meals I can knock up quickly that might just appeal to my depressingly 'beige' five year old (the three year old will eat most things)?

What mummy makes.

I got it when weaning but it's generally really good even now.

Nosh for Busy Mums & Dads by Joy May

All the recipes have been tested by families ~ there is a really nice selection of recipes, all easy to cook

Lol I'm going to write this cookbook. Every recipe will be one meal, fridge to table in 40 minutes and you can serve it

With sauce
Without sauce
Veg in
Veg on the side
Veg some in, some on the side, none touching
With 2 types of carb to cover all moods

The Sarah Rossi 'What's for dinner' ones are brilliant, she's on instagram and website as Taming Twins. She has two cookbooks and they're both fab, I use loads of her recipes all the time, simple and designed for busy parents.

Faye Ripley family cookbook (I think it’s called) is good. Also try Taming Twins
