How do I create an anonymous thread on MN?

Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask, but I've noticed that people sometimes change usernames if they want to start a thread about a sensitive topic or something that is potentially identifying. How would I do this?

Most People change their username to be anonymous.. are you using the app or web browser?

Go into settings (top right of screen the little person symbol) then account, then change username.

Settings and change username. You can change as often as you want to, keep making new ones or go back to old ones. I change all the time.

Start a new thread would be your best bet. Your post won't get seen on someone else's, especially on a different topic.
