We’ve had the mortgage offer through, solicitors are currently just doing their thing. Also pregnant and wanting to order some things for baby.
We have the deposit, legal fees plus £7k in the same bank account. I wanted to transfer £500 or so out of that account into my main account to order a couple of baby things, the crib and a bouncer. Would this be ok or will the lenders do another check before we move in?
