So I’m 37 and I took one of those urine menopause tests

And it’s positive. It was the Newfoundland, measuring levels of FSH one.
what does this mean? Does it mean I now need to go to the doctor?

This is why I hate these sorts of tests. They cause so much anxiety. See a doctor and take the test with you, at least so you can get peace of mind. But in future, don't do these tests. It's not worth it. It's possible to get premature ovarian failure at 37 but it's very, very rare. Please try not to worry.
