If your children are close, what's your secret?

Was it by chance? Similar personalities? Or did the way you raised them contribute to that? What are your tips and tricks?

I think the reason ours get on well is because there's a bit of an age gap - 5 years - so I feel like there's rarely competition etc

They both have different personalities, DS1 (20) is sociable but sensible. DS2 (15) is a bit of a joker but struggles sociably. He really looks up to his big brother.

They aren't perfect by any stretch, but we do feel pretty lucky and it's lovely to see their relationship (even when they are play fighting ) when DS1 is back from Uni
