Facebook removed my post

Just had a notification that they’ve done this today for a post dated 30th December 2023.

it was something I shared to my son in law. Something like someone making a table out of a pallet (well that’s my dim recollection of it)

I’ve looked in the activity log but it’s not there (because I think it’s over a month old and they deleted it).

I have no idea if I’m supposed to do something and tbh don’t really understand what they are going on about.

I have a hobby where I use FB lots for a few groups related to my interest and am concerned they might kick me off Facebook for something I’m really not sure what on earth it’s about.

anyone had experience of this and what might happen?

This happened to me, someone reported a post from ages ago and Facebook notified me that they removed my post. It then said if I broke the rules again then I would be banned from posting for 10 days.
It didn’t prevent me from still posting and interacting as I didn’t ‘break’ their rules.

I would read the notification again. Does it give any more info as to why the post was removed? You won’t find it in activity log as they have deleted it .

If the notification doesn’t give any further info then I wouldn’t worry about it and would carry on as normal.
