How long to keep Dijon mustard in the fridge?

It says once opened keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks. Jar from Sainsbury’s. Probably been open 2 months. Safe or bin?

I tend to have a big clear out every 5 years or so. Never been poisoned yet.

Mines about 8 months at the moment , I use it in gravy most weeks and no one has been ill

I tend to get a bit iffy if it's been open more than a couple of years but I have never had it go mouldy yet.

Literally forever.

Mine lives in the cupboard until it runs out , usually a couple of months .
I think that green is just where the vinegar reacts with the air and or metal lid. Just wipe it off and your good to go.
