Essential oils

My friend recently bought me a Neom oil diffuser which I'm loving. It came with a bottle of essential oils but I'm wondering which others I could buy

Which have the nicest scent?

Preferably not Neom ones as I can't afford to keep buying those ones

Try Neal’s Yard Women’s Balance, it’s absolutely lush!

Tisserand and Muji have nice collections.

I think that's the thing - I've never really used oils so I have no idea whatsoever!

I've always used wax melts and like "fresh" scents usually marketed a linen type smells of that has any bearing. I like strong smells, rather than subtle.

Thanks for the suggestions Grin

Tisserand oils can often be found in TKMaxx at a good price.

Just a warning though, I used Olblas oil in my Neom diffuser and it stopped working. It says in the instructions to only use Neom oils so I’d invalidated the guarantee and had no option but to just throw it out

Oh I always forget about TK Maxx for stuff!

M&s has some nice blends for 3 pounds, I bought a green tea and fig.

Muncie · 24/05/2024 21:35

Yes, I thought ( and still think!) exactly the same

I love that one. AFAIK you can't get it as an oil blend though, just in products.

I really read that as "Neem oil defuser" and if you've ever smelt that, you'll know why my jaw dropped. (One of the worst smells on earth)
As with pp tisserand are a good trusted brand and can be found on offer. More importantly be careful of cheaper ones on the whole as they can be surprisingly "chemically" and you're breathing that in.
I love Frankincense and lavender personally.
Best to have a think of what you think you need. Oils for stress/clear thinking/invigorating etc. Then Google a selection.
