So I've decided to apply for proper senior roles even though I haven't been a manager in my area. I was a manager once (6 years ago) but not within the type of roles I've been doing. As I don't think it will happen the normal way, I just thought of applying for all of these senior roles. Has anybody succeeded with a similar tactic?
