Just sick of it now. I do still go once a day, mostly. But and I'm sorry, it's like little bloody conkers !!! And if I get the urge to go later in the day, I just cannot for the life of me get any out !!
What's wrong with me? I have a good healthy diet so it's not that, I try to drink enough water. I had a section and starting to worry it's something to do with that

Are you breastfeeding?
You needs to drink loads if you are.

At first I couldn't wee properly either I wasn't getting the urge to wee at all, then it eased off and seemed to go back to normal. But I find now I still have to sit on the toilet a good minute before the wee actually starts to flow, I can feel it there it just won't release if that makes sense ? And then it feels like I'm not emptying my bladder properly

There have likely been changes to your pelvic floor.

Do pelvic floor exercises, walk as much as you can each day, drink lots of water and add a spoonful of linseeds to morning porridge oats. Take daily pre and pro probiotics, eat natural live yoghurt every day and plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.

It doesn't sound too severe and I think the above measures will help and get you back in balance.

For the 'can't get it out' problem, use a glycerin suppository.

Occasional Movicol or Laxido if required.

All advice I was given by a consultant many years down the line.

(From someone who wishes I had known all that 40 years ago!)

Have just seen your post about difficulty weeing. That is likely a consequence of constipation, and should resolve itself once the constipation is sorted.

If your poo comes out like conkers it's dehydrated. You need to drink a lot more water and and eat a can of prunes. You get the same type of poo when you are on codeine or other opioids.

Mangoes are laxatives as are prunes, plums, figs, rhubarb. Time for some desserts, methinks.

Fenugreek is also mucilaginous as well as promoting breast milk production so you may not want that.
