Best place to sell iPhone?

I've sold it 3 times on eBay, first 2 didn't pay then second tried to scam me by asking for a part refund (feedback shows he's down this before!)
So I'm giving up with eBay, where is best to sell them to?

CEX usually give us reasonable prices on second hand phones. Not as much as you might get on ebay, but saves the hassle and ebay fees. You usually get a better price if you get a voucher for them instead of cash, or part ex for something else. Make sure you also take it with a plug and lead.
