Extra income needed - 'side hustle'?

Hi. For various reasons I need to start bringing in some income on top of my salary (as much as possible). I have up to circa £500 that I can safely use/invest, and 3 days a week that I don't work. I have tried match betting and might give that another go. I also really enjoy buying and selling but not sure what/where. I'm open to a small amount of risk. Does anyone have any suggestions that are more lucrative than surveys etc please? (increasing my hours at job, or changing jobs are not a possibility). Many thanks.

There are sales agencies like CPM who offer the odd day's work, or couple of weeks here and there.

@Icandothisthing - Are happy to film short selfie videos? I make Amazon Demo videos for Amazon about ANY PRODUCT sold on Amazon - you simply make a 30sec - 2 mins video about it and upload it. Amazon pay 3% commision if anyone buys the product after watching the video about your product. (and bear in mind customers are already on the product doing research, so it isn't about a hard sell... plus it soon adds up... £100 a day is £35,000 a year, so it can be a bit more than a side hustle.. I do it for Amazon USA (which pays the big bucks) but it is launching in the UK this year and they are recruiting for people.... here is a link to my "storefront" to show you roughly what types of videos they like to see.
