Google images have a selection of sizes, and come in mat. I ordered some a couple of weeks ago and was very happy.

Of course it depends on the size. Can you order larger and cut to shape? Or get slightly smaller but use a mount?

Try Snapfish. You upload the photos from your phone, for example, then select print size etc. I've always been pleased with the results.

Free prints does a variety of sizes and offers matt printing.

Also, make sure you check the terms and conditions. You don't want your baby as a stock image!

"As soon as you take a picture, or write something down, you own the copyright to it. It’s yours to do with as you please – but if someone else wants to use what you’ve created, you need to give them permission first. They don’t have to pay you for it, if you don’t want them to – but you still need to say that they can use your work." ....from instantprint.

The first. It is not like they have been printed on paper. Its just like a standard photo but mat not gloss. I was impressed with the quality. Hope that helps.
