Sorry posting for traffic- pulling my hair out.
I booked for me, my husband and 2 children (3 and 6) to go on a two night stay to cbeebies lane hotel next week - added 2 day park entry and 1 water park access. Got sent 4 tickets for golf (that’s included), 2 for the park and 2 for the water park. I’m confused as no where on the tickets does it say who it’s valid for, doesn’t say family ticket. Only thing I could guess was the park tickets are family per day as two diff bar codes on each.
So obviously Merlin doesn’t have a contact number, I email them to clarify why the number of tickets.
I hear back- both my children are down as infants and I need to pay more.
straight lie- because neither of my children are infants (I wouldn’t input wrongly once let alone twice), I’ve gone online tonight and replicated the booking and it’s the price I paid for the park tickets.
Has anyone booked who can shed some light?
