Did it work?

It didn't work for me but I knew I wasn't eating any differently. However a friend did it and had great success. I did like the podcasts that you listen to each day. Worth a go in my opinion.

It didn’t work for me.

Yes and no. The exercise pod helped me massively and I've gone from a bit of a couch potato to being a lot more active. That in turn has made me address my eating and food habits. The chillpod is good for when you can't sleep too. So although it didn't work for me in the way it is supposed to, it has triggered a large change in me. Since I first signed up, I have lost around 14 kgs.

Didn't work for me, I asked my money back before the cut off (6 weeks?) And was refunded straight away no issues. I didn't like the fact you could eat what you wanted as I just ate more rather than less! I kept a screen recording of the pods but haven't watched since

It's a 10 day trial currently.
It just seems to be 2 recordings.
One to listen to before sleep & one to "chill"
I'm not sure it's working
I always fall asleep before it ends

I can't see the exercise pod. Just the two. How many are there?

If I listen to it consistently, I definitely feel much less like eating crap.

FiftynFooked · 23/05/2024 06:58

I've done it and found it changed my mindset and motivation around losing weight. I was getting very depressed and desperate and it took all those negative feelings away. I watched all of the videos and listened to the pods every night for a good 4 months. To be fair I didn't get into all the goal mapping.

I can't say the program itself led to weight loss but I do have a much better mindset and it's enable me to focus on calorie counting and the weight is now coming off gradually.

Oh and not all of the pods are accessible immediately. Some are released as you go along and others are available to buy for (if I recall) £20 each.

Hope that helps!

@JacketPotatoFoodOfTheGods That pod pops up later in the programme. Can't remember which week though.

BigPandaTinyDragon · 23/05/2024 07:16

I’ve just completed the trial and decided to pay for the full programme, I felt it working from day one - I went to the cupboard for biscuits and just looked at them and thought no, I don’t want these. I’m still calorie counting because I don’t trust myself to eat sensibly with no limits but I’m finding it much easier and have lost 1/2 stone in a couple of weeks. I have got a fair bit to lose though.

I do feel like my head was in the right place to give it a go though, I think if you’re not ready there will be some kind of mental block. Oh and I nearly always listen while falling asleep, I’ve only heard the full recording a couple of times.

JacketPotatoFoodOfTheGods · 29/05/2024 21:50

Hmmm I've definitely been doing more exercise but not since I'm eating less. When does the second level open??
