Following a discussion today, I was wondering what percentage of single parents use the CMS for their child maintenance and how many parents come to a agreement between them? This does not include men who never pay/claim they have no income. I'm not a single parent so it's not a personal issue.
I thought maybe 50% and my friend though maybe 1%. The little bit I can find only indicates maybe around 20%.
