Why did you change jobs?

I’ve been in my new job 7 months and it’s ok. I don’t love it but it’s better than my previous one.

I’ve been offered a new job with a £7K pay rise. I’m just scared of change ..

Why did you change your job?

I've changed for different reasons over the years.

• Lack of prospects.
• Feeling I'd done everything I could there / seeking new challenge
• No longer wanting to work late into the night
• When a good Manager changed to an awful one I didn't want to work for
• Promotions
• Bored / wanted to do something different
• Depressed by the idea of doing this job for the next 40 years

Sadly, I've never been offered a £7K pay increase. that would have been a good incentive too. Though it would depend on everything else about the job, of course.
