Job without having to talk too much

My 18 DS is shy and dislikes too much social interaction. He's looking for a part time job in his gap year. He's a lovely lad, has a driving license but no real job experience. He did a shift in a restaurant and hated having to deal with customers.

I'm struggling to advise him of what jobs are out there.....

Can he get a job 'back of house' in a garden centre?

I did this and it was lovely and quiet.
