Analysing every social interaction?

It sounds stupid I just analyse everything. If I see someone and they’re not as chatty I instantly think I’ve done something?

for example I dropped my son off at nursery. He always walks in no problems doesn’t look back (which breaks my heart but it’s reassuring he’s happy there!) he was first in today so I thought girl on the door may chat but she didn’t and sometimes she’s chatty sometimes she’s not the times she’s not I analyse and think she thinks I’m an awful mum because my son goes in without a care

when he leaves he asks for a snack as soon as he sees me haha so I think do all the staff think I’m a bad mum? Or is he just used to nursery and okay

if I see neighbours and they aren’t as chatty I think what do they think of me have I annoyed them I’m out a lot with my son (2) and push the baby in the pram (6mo) so when I’ve asked for reassurance off family they say either

  1. they see I’m busy so don’t stop me for long
  2. they’re busy
  3. they have their own stuff going on
  4. we’ve been neighbours for years so don’t need loads of cht

Does anyone Do this? I’m constantly thinking are people annoyed with me do they think I’m a bad mum and they’re being off with me do they think I’m rude ? Do they think I’m not chatty myself ??
