I have an ongoing complaint against my manager and have requested to move to a different role. I have evidence of the comments that are inappropriate which he has made towards me, so it’s just a matter of time before I can move (2 months max). In the meantime I’m having to half do my normal job, half not do it as I can’t have direct contact with my manager. Sometimes I’m letting stakeholders down as the information needs to go through extra hands before it comes to me etc. so I’m just wanting to know how I can protect my relationship with stakeholders and not seem shit/slow, when the reason why things are slower is due to the HR investigation that I can’t disclose
