Nice bits of Tenerife?

Want to book a solo holiday in Tenerife for January. I'm in 30s, looking to mostly chill, beach, nice meals out. Budget £1000. Have only been to Costa Adeje about 8 years ago, remember it being nice. What other bits are nice? Playas Americas looks cheap and tacky? Any hotel recommendations would be handy, ideally child free

We've recently been to a place calle Callao Salvaje, it’s just along the coast from Adeje.
it’s a nice chilled town, lots of restaurants, a couple of bars, nice beach (with bar). It’s not a party place at all.
there’s a Mynd hotel which looked really nice.
if your happy to drive it was 20 mins from everywhere!

Puerto del a cruz, is lovely, great town square with restaurants, not overly busy.
