Where can I buy an adult hula hoop for exercise?

I googled, and there are so so many different ones.

I want it for me (50s, well fed) to use in my house. Reasonably priced and sturdy.

Do I need a weighted one?

Do they come in different sizes?

Help.

I spotted some in Lidl today. I was tempted 😂

We can set up a hula hoop team in time for the Olympics maybe? With coloured scarves? And funky music?

Decathlon
I've got one, it's great.

If you want a ‘proper’ one you can progress to tricks with, something like this:

Otherwise one like decathlon PP posted is fine. Bigger and heavier are easiest for beginners though expect to be sore to start with!

Nothing to add about hula hoops, but I loved your description of yourself (50s, well fed). I am 100% describing myself as 'well fed' from now on, sums me up perfectly 😁

Amazon

My friend got one from Amazon too, she got a weighted one and adores it!

I do a bit of hula hooping.
I bought a standard hoop. Then I got a weighted one but that was a bit of a mistake. After I'd bought it I found out that because they are easier to keep up they aren't such a beneficial exercise. So I don't really use that.
I also a bought a pair of small arm hoops. I really enjoy using those and they are very good for giving definition to the tops of your arms and your shoulders.

Amazon, I’ve also seen them in Home Bargains.
