Phenergan on holiday

I take antihistamines all the time for dust, pollen and skin allergies. I also get travel sick and have trouble sleeping on holiday.

We are off to Ibiza on Monday and I plan to take 8 Phenergan tablets with me as they cover all three of these things. Can you carry these in your hand luggage (with proof of purchase)? I got them from an online doctor who approved the purchase but I've had them on prescription before.

I will have my HRT medicine (plus proof of prescription) as well.

Yes.
I take all my medication including morphine pills in hand luggage.
Never had a problem.
( I do carry a copy of prescription but never been asked for it and we travel abroad 6 times per year).

It’s fine..l.you can buy them over the counter in lots of countries

Probably fine but take the online prescription or box with your name on if you have it. My kids have serious allergies with some over the counter medicines on prescription and sometimes we get asked for the prescription, even though I could have just bought them in Boots without one.

I just tried one last night as I hadn’t taken them for a while and had a fair amount of sleep but it actually made me feel anxious. I’ve felt awful all day. Perhaps I’ll try Stugeron.

You don't need a prescription for phenergan (although why not use a non drowsy anti histamine?)

I travelled with half a pharmacy, they don't care.
