Any rash experts about?

Dd has a rash that seemed to start with irritation from a necklace a few weeks ago but is getting worse/ spreading.
She's way at uni and not registered with the gp there but is home soon so I'll get her either to the gp or a pharmacist but thought it worth asking on here first

Nickel allergy? Have you tried hydrocortisone cream?

I'd be tempted to do a test to be sure... keep the necklace on, or find another item of nickel and 'induce sweating', this will open the pores up and speed up the process. If it goes red, you know.
