TUI/On the beach DOBs

Holiday booked through On the Beach, for some reason our booking on the TUI (airline) website shows all our dates of births wrong. The months and years are correct but the days are all the 23rd which is the day before we fly.

I've entered all our passport info correctly and checked in but for some reason these dates are still incorrect.

Has anyone experienced this before? Dates on On the Beach website are correct.

Just in case anyone finds this post in the future- I phoned TUI today and they were very helpful. The woman on the phone told me this is a regular issue with On the Beach and for some reason they just have random dates of birth on their system which push through to TUIs booking page. She changed the dates over the phone for me and they're all correct now.

Hi I've literally just had this happen to me and my heart sank!! 800odd to change it. But reading your post has helped I will call them tomorrow. I've checked and on the beach dob dates are all correct but TUI isn't. Do you have the number for them please
