Help! Going camping this half term with 3 small kids and it’s going to RAIN

Yes we’re mad, no we can’t cancel 🫤

We’re going camping on the South coast for four nights. Current forecast looks like some sunny spells but generally rainy. We haven’t been camping for years, not since DC1 was a baby. Now we’re taking 3 DC ages 6, 3 and 5 months. What do we need? Essentials? What shall we do if it rains the whole time?! Tips gratefully received!

Research the place you're visiting and find out about indoor activities before you go. Soft play and swimming?

Take as many of their favourite toys as possible, space dependant.

The most obvious, take appropriate wet weather gear and nothing will stop you!
