5 minute ideas needed

I am suffering from doom scrolling, anxiety, general fatigue and sliding into depression.

I am looking for quick 5 minute pick me ups that I can choose a couple a week to do to give me something to look forward to, or make me feel like I have achieved something. You know, the small beautiful moments in life.

Nothing too costly - preferably free in fact, as we are skint, and I work a ridiculous amount of hours with a long commute so nothing that requires a trip out iyswim?

Tonight I am going to attempt to take a photo of the sunset.

Whack on an upbeat sound you love.

Ditto some exercise. Healthy meal and a big glass of water.

Love the sunset idea.

Be kind to yourself, the world isn't easy just now.

Clean or tidy one specific thing in your house for 5 mins, that you don't regularly do. Light switches, skirting boards, kitchen cupboard doors, etc
