Mushroom tinctures - any good or snake oil?

I’ve been looking at mushroom tinctures that claim to help with all sorts of issues, inflammation, sleep, brain fog, gut issues etc.

They have lions mane, cordyceps and a few other blends or you can get a mixed blend.

Has anyone ever used them and more importantly, before I part with £25 do they work?

Made a massive difference to me in mental performance. Focus & concentration went up noticeably from day 2, brain fog has now gone & my memory is better (my short term recall had got shocking). My head feels 'decluttered' & because of that, I feel less stressed so my overall wellbeing has significantly improved. I found your post through doing a search for lions mane, because I can't quite believe how well it's working for me (been 2 months now) & wanted to see if anyone had posted about any side effects. I haven't found anything negative anywhere except some people reporting it doesn't do anything for them. It's certainly working for me & I'll be using it long-term.
