Has anyone ever made a return to etsy can you tell me how it works, as I've never needed to return on there before and the site doesn't have a clear returns policy.
I ordered an item the quality is awful and nothing like the picture. I've asked the seller to replace it and they've asked me to return the one that was delivered.
However they won't provide me with a prepaid shipping label. As the item doesn't match the description/picture in the listing should I be paying to return it?
