Does anyone have experience of the 02 bag storage? After our concert finishes, is there likely to be a big queue to collect bags?

Sorry I don't know but also curious, so helping the bump!

Yes! And they are super strict about making you put oversized bags in the storage too.

Yes, there will be a queue because everyone will be getting their bag out at the same time. Even even with a dozen people managing the bag storage (which there won’t be) there’s always going to be minor hold-ups. How tight for time are you?

Thanks for the replies. In case anyone else is looking for the answer to the same question, this is the reply I got from O2 customer services:

"Unfortunately I am unable to provide a specific answer to this, as it depends how many bags are stored on the night of the event. Each event is different.
However, the bag drop pick up closes 30 minutes after an event ends and the queue is clear at this point, so this may help in determining times."

The bag-drop queue after last night's Olivia Rodrigo concert (20,000 in audience) was just a handful of people and a few minutes, so I guess most people didn't need to take a bag.

However, the queue for North Greenwich tube station was at least 40 minutes. 🙃
