Anyone use Amazon WITHOUT Prime?- what's it like?

My prime is due for renewal in June. I feel a bit annoyed at paying £95 because half the time, my items dont actually arrive the next day, they're often 2-3 days late anyway. Also, they advertise items as being prime in the search but when it comes to payment it often turns out they arent.

Does anyone use Amazon without Prime and how do you find it?- delivery times etc. Thank you :)

I use Amazon for pretty much everything.

I would pay WAY more than £95 a year in delivery fees if I didn’t have prime.

Agreed. I even pay a few quid a month extra for ad free programmes, for me it's worth it.

I like being able to send things to other addresses from my Prime account. So far I've sent emergency school fete supplies to DD who lives in the middle of nowhere, biscuits and hot chocolate sachets to grandson shut in at uni during lockdown, champagne to friends after their surprise wedding. It is easy.

You send to other addresses without prime.
I log into Amazon.com rather than co.uk to send things to a few friends in America
