O2 arena concert timings & logistics

Hi. My daughter is going to the O2 tonight to see Olivia Rodrigo. She believes it is scheduled to finish by 10, but as the O2 website says the curfew is 11pm, am I right in thinking it's highly likely to finish later?

Then, if everyone is heading to the same tube station, is it likely to take a while to get out of the area?

She needs to get back to Richmond so I'm trying to work out if it might be better to pick her up. Do the parking arrangements facilitate pickups, and is it likely to be one big traffic jam?

I'd assume it will finish after 10pm. The queues for the tube will be long but they do move fast. I wouldn't attempt to get there to collect her. If she leaves promptly after the encore and heads straight for the tube she should be at Waterloo (assume that is where she is going) by 11.45pm at the latest (based on my experience after recent concerts and I suspect even a touch earlier than that).
