Universal credit advice please

Hi, I have received my migration letter from tax credits to move over to universal credit. I have fibromyalgia and suspected arthritis and I am really struggling to work the minimum 16 hours required by tax credits. Once I am on universal credit or before I move over would it be possible for me to reduce my hours or will I be sanctioned for doing so? I know 16 hours isn’t a lot but I end up very unwell from working them.

Anyone?

Thank you. I’ll take a look at this. I do have an appointment with my gp next week so I could discuss fit notes there.
