Anyone else get fed up with ppl who take the piss at work ..I’m fed up of working so hard that’s just me I cannot help it and I work fast …some ppl just stand around and I end up doing most of the task what would you do

No I don’t really care what others do tbh. You’ll always in every company get the ones who go over and above, the average workers just getting on with it and the slackers and piss takers. I just focus on what I need to be doing and let management worry about the pisstakers

Thank you ……I work really fast and I’m good I have to say blowing my own trumpet …I’m reliable I never have time off been in the job for 20 years …..I do suffer anxiety but everything I do I do 100 to the best of my ability I work 50 hr a week I have so much energy I, hyperactive…my manager says I’m one of his best workers but I make ppl feel nervous around me as I work so fast …well I cannot fucking help it I work fast walk fast eat fast ffs but I’m a brilliant worker but when ppl say you rush fuck off I just work at a certain pace …I don’t say to ppl come on you work to slow speed up it’s an insult and I’m exhausted with it what do I do it’s making my anxiety worse ..but I see it ppl not giving a fuck and on a go slow then there is me 200 miles an hr

When people say you "rush" do they mean you make careless mistakes /arent thorough, or dont hand 9ver to colleagues well, or do they just mean you work quickly?

I've a colleague who's a lazy fucker, drives me mad that he gets away with it.

unfortunately I think the problem lies with you. Your manager has told you people feel nervous and people say you rush. You say you’re going 200 miles an hour and are anxious and exhausted. You’re working 50 hours a week and are hyper active. Maybe took a look at that and work on yourself and not complain that others aren’t working the same unrealistic manner you are.
