Does anyone else here vape? Burning lips?

I vape. I used to beat smoker and I gave up smoking in favour of a vape. I then gave up the vape for a few years. Then in January of this year, I went back onto cigarettes (just one pack) and then the vape.

A few weeks ago I was vaping and then I thick I burned my lips. I think the watts on the e cig was increased accidently. It wasn't a bad burn. It was mild-ish. It wasn't painful. It just felt annoying.

I was using lip balm a and vitamin e since then but I must admit not every day.

So this should be getting better for me because it happened a few weeks ago. It's not getting better for me. There was a day when I had a cup of tea or coffee and that was too hot for me so maybe that set me back.

It's just I am just after having some salmon for my lunch and half of lips bottom and up are sore and swollen. They are not big and fat. Maybe it was the salt content in it. I don't know.

Unless if I am having some sort of a reaction to something. Would it be a reaction.

I think I will take an anti histamine just in case.

Ahh this was happening to my work colleague, in fact she thought she had a cold sore until she realised it was a reaction to the 'juice' in her vape.

Not sure what sort she was using though, so this post probably isn't helpful, but it was definitely a reaction to it.

I tolerated the juice very well for a few months. My lips thing - that only happened recently after the e-cig got too hot from the watts being increased by accident.

I think my lips were burnt for sure.

Maybe there's repeated attacks on my lips and they can't heal properly. I don't know. I think I need a day where I can hide away from people so I don't have any stress and refrain from smoking and eating for a day.
