Has anyone had problems with Nationwide banking app?

Started a few weeks ago. I'd log in, but when clicking on my account to view transactions, it says something along the line of - problem, please restart the app.

I uninstalled the app, reinstalled, latest version blah blah and now it's doing it again.

I can kind of keep track of spending by just looking at the balance, but it would be nice to be certain and actually use the app for it's intended use!

That's okay, thanks for the reply. My Mum has the same app and all fine. I reinstalled last night, could see transactions and then when tried again - error.

I can't be bothered calling Cs to be told to reinstall app or use a different device!

I frequently have to delete it and re download the app, at least every 6/8 weeks I'd say .
When I went in to the branch they said the usual of ' no-one else has reported a problem '

Mine did it for an hour or so the other week but fine since. I rarely check it as it's only a credit card I check once a month and bank account I no longer use so not the best person to ask.

It's an absolute ball ache to reinstall their app tho.

Last week they were off for some things until 11am Sunday.

It is a fucking ball ache, I've had to reinstall again to chase a missing 34£ - oh yeah - Internet 🙄

Yes I've had this for the last few weeks. I just click the button to restart each time, then I can log in as normal. It's annoying but hasn't stopped me using the app as and when I need to.

Ah okay, well I do click restart and can log in no problem.
As soon as I click on my account to show transactions though, it takes me back straight to restart/service availability.

Repeat on loop until you post on Mumsnet through sheer irritation!

I had a few problems a couple of weeks ago but there was a standard apology message on the website. But, touch wood, it's been fine since.
