For anyone suffering with the buggers, try Vits D3 & K2 - it's made all the difference for me.
Over the last couple of years I've tried so many things - excellent dental hygiene with flossing, tongue scraping, gargling with salt water/apple cider vinegar, expensive mouthwashes, neti pot, drinking lots of water, no alcohol, no caffeine, no dairy, water syringe thing, tonsil stone remover kit, cotton buds, multi vitamins, throat sprays, nose sprays - and none of that made much difference.
I had them occasionally as a teenager but once I hit perimenopause I got them almost everyday. With the vitd/k I just get an occasional small one now.
