My job has always been stressful but bearable because I work for a great company with great pay and a nice team. My boss is lovely, however, she is super busy so the day to day running she leaves to 2 deputies, who have been making my life a misery. Both are the type of people who make themselves big by making other people feel small. They are super critical and constantly nit picking at my work. It's now reached the stage where I feel like I'm walking on eggshells around them and I dread going into the office and seeing them. The rest of my team are lovely but these 2 are ruining it for me.
I obviously have to find a new job but I'm in an industry where there are lay offs left, right and centre so it might take a while. Until then how do I grin and bear it when all I want to do is scream in their face when yet another emails comes through pointing out something they think I've done wrong? I do have a 1 to 1 with my big boss coming up - should I mention it to her?
