Auto curlers

Anyone have an auto curler for their hair.

I bought a progloss auto curler. I only used it once and hair got trapped in it. Is this common in an auto curler? I am apprehensive to use it again. However I was rushing and tired when I did use it. Should I have sectioned my hair better and took smaller sections. I would be afraid using it again.

Is there any other curler that would be easy to use that won't damage my hair?

Take smaller sections, mine tangles if i go too large or don't section well, brush each section first and be ready to switch off and not panic if it does tangle. It is scary but i can usually tell as it starts going in if it’s going smoothly, good luck.
on another note I bought a heatless curl band that has transformed my style, no heat, better condition hair and no tangles just soft swishy waves or curls.

Thank you. I might try and attempt it again another weekend and take smaller sections of hair and make plenty of time.
