And then the week after that. And then the week after that.

Does anyone else have this feeling that it’s what their life has become?

I’m sorry, I’m having a pity party for one rant!

Oh yes...once this particular problem is dealt with, everything will be ok. But the problems are usually queueing up. It is adulthood

Yes absolutely, and I think everyone does. It's because life is just hard work!

It's hard to be mindful, but I try and see the small things sometimes, I try and have appreciation.

But, I also do this thing where I think about leaving my job and how "I only need to do another year here then I can go somewhere else" type thing...Then I never go anywhere else 😂

With you Op . I felt for a long while that I was in a hamster wheel - just going round and round . And then the wheels even came unstuck .
It is difficult when life is busy / complicated and we have work , relationships , kids / other commitments .
No magic solution unfortunately . But do try and carve some time for yourself and have things to look forward to - even if it is getting out for some fresh air when the weather is good or something good to watch on tv .

Take care . FlowersFlowersFlowersBrewCake

Some days are just like Groundhog Day…wake up, walk the dogs, wake the kids get the kids to school, work, collect the kids, cooking, washing, cleaning, on repeat every bloody day!

I was really looking forward to the bank holiday weekend, then realised I have no money to actually do anything 🤷‍♀️ so it will be the same as every other weekend, house cleaning, washing, same old same old

I have nothing to look forward to at the moment!

Yes !! And I don't even have children at home anymore which in some ways makes it harder - when they were all there, I could see on a daily basis what I was keeping going for. Now they are grown up its so much harder - I'm just glad I no longer have a partner/other person to look after/consider in plans/worry about. Doesn't help that work is a nightmare right now so I'm not enjoying that either. The brightest part of my days are walking the dog before and after work - she's probably done me more good than all my anti depressants Grin
