If you Google the address it's all over the internet, although I do suggest that you don't because there's links to some very distressing crimes and the perpetrator is now in prison for 24 years.

I'd buy it! It's priced very competitively.

Obviously the grafitti needs to be painted out but other than that I can't see the problem.

I lived in a rough area for a while as a child, it messed me up. No way would I wish that on my kids.

I don't think so. As the house was owned, if there's any money left from the sale it's likely to go into their bank account, although they won't really have access to it in prison. It will probably be managed by a parent/other relative/social worker, but then be made available if/when they are released.

The problem is that some vigilantes are very stupid indeed, and they don't trouble themselves with obvious facts. To them, it will be 'the paedo house' and it simply won't compute that the house itself is not a child abuser and the new people who have moved in are completely unconnected with the previous occupants.

Look at that case from a number of years back where the single-brain-celled self-styled 'paedo-hunters' heard that somebody local was a paediatrician and so scrawled threatening slogans across their home and tried to drive them out of town.

The agent's description has been copy/pasted from a set of stock statements somewhere...

It's not in a desirable area, Google Penlan Swansea. The Police station had to close because an arson attack on a Police car which damaged the building.

I think it may have something to do with a man called Tommy Allington who has gone to prison for 25 years. I would suggest not googling it’s very disturbing.

According to the local Facebook group, there are two homes that have been put up for sale as his family are also In question.

I think the whole listing has been taken down by the estate agent because I can't see anything about the house when I click on the link.
