Do I need a pedicure or a podiatrist/chiropodist?

Back problems so am struggling bending, toe nails need cutting, foot health is fine apart from minor dry skin, no heel cracking, bit of a callus on one area on my sole, one big toe nail has a tendency to grow in a little but is not fully ingrowing.
I just want someone to trim my toenails, put nail polish on and soak and moisturise my feet.
Is this a job for a nail technician offering pedicure? Or should I see a podiatrist/ chiropodist?

Sounds like you need both. See the podiatrist for the callus and ingrowing nail, and to trim all the nails. It would be good to have a foot health check at the same time.

Then, go for a pedicure for the nail polish and moisturiser.

If your feet are in good condition go for a pedicure. Look for a decent place like a spa that offers treatments. Read reviews. A proper foot massage is very relaxing.

A podiatrist can put an Onyfix band at the base of big toe nail to encourage normal shape as it grows. Prevents it ingrowing

Does a podiatrist do nail polish as well? I'm assuming not. Thanks
