10 week old baby advice

My baby is 10 weeks old. He is still on 4oz every 3-4 hours and I'm worried that he isn't getting off. He does finish the bottles and seems content, is continuing to gain weight but whenever I offer 5oz, he can't seem to keep it down and is sick after it. Do I continue to offer the 5oz and hope he can keep it all down?

Also, with naps at night time, do I wake him up after a while so that he doesn't sleep too long, in the hope that he will sleep better when we go to bed? He is waking 1-2 times through the night but hoping going to bed later will mean he only technically wakes once before the morning.

Hoping for some advice! 😅

Don’t over feed your baby, stick to the 4oz.

1-2 wakes a night is perfectly normal and will likely continue for months to come.

sounds like you’re smashing it!

Offer a 5oz if he still seems hungry/starts feeding more frequently. You can also offer one every few days if you want, to see if he's ready to eat more yet.

There's no harm in experimenting with different nap lengths/times to see if it works better for him/you. I'd try a dream feed, works well for some babies.

He's just fell asleep not long ago. I'm wondering whether to wake him for a bit

My ten MONTH old was waking 1-2 times a night. Your baby’s tummy will grow, don’t force feed him! And enjoy the reasonably good sleep.
