One side of the gum at the back is swollen. There's a red edge where the gum is in contact with his first molar. DH says it might be second molar.
His pain seemed to developed fairly quickly this afternoon. We've given ice to him and just give paracetamol leaving Ibuprofen to bedtime.
SATs tomorrow... Not sure if the painkillers could have the pain under control. Also the chance of fever...
Any advice there please?
