Apart from emmas diary freebies and free nhs dental care are there any other standard pregnancy perks we can get?

I'm only on statutory maternity so need all the help i can get.

Get any dental work you need done (NHS, if you are lucky enough to be able to have / find a dentist)

You can also queue jump at Dishoom!!

FB Marketplace
Free cycle
Baby bundles on Vinted

Any friends or relatives who can lend or donate anything?

I found I often got skipped to the front of the queues for fights or covid vaccinations.

Taking a baby on your lap for free on a flight is quite a perk, or at least it feels like it now my daughter is free and I have to pay adult fare for her place seat...

Presume you've signed up for your child benefit.

Sorry when you said you were 'on statutory maternity' I thought you meant you'd already had your baby- obviously you can't apply for benefit until the baby is here.

Once your baby is here though it is worth asking at your local library or any council run baby class for a bookstart bag - we've had a few over the years and some really great books in them https://www.booktrust.org.uk/what-we-do/programmes-and-campaigns/bookstart/families/baby-and-treasure-packs/
