How long do McDonald's interviews take these days?

Ds really wants this job. He's been in there since 4. He did text at 5 past to say they were running late, which is fine.

We are waiting in the car and wondering if longer means better? Do they still do a service challenge ?

For context he got through the phone interview and they asked him to bring documents so in my industry that's always a good sign!

Really depends on the individual store and managers. But it sounds like a done deal to me!

Good luck to him! Both my sons worked Maccies through college/uni and it set them up really well for hard work, confidence etc.

For context we caught a train here and dh was in the area so is picking us up, we aren't panicking pushy parents!!

He just sent me a text in a uniform 😁 they had him do the floor for 10 minutes.

My Ds interview was about 5 minutes, they realised he was dds sister who had worked there previously then took his documents, said he would get an email later with the link to the online training and to order his uniform!

He was in the changing room.
The guy he was working with loved his confidence apparently. The other guy who interviewed with (different one) was saying "that's perfect" to his answers.

They didn't take a copy of his docs though so hmm. They did ask to see them?

He will apparently get an email letting him know.

So now we wait.

He loved it. Called out a drive through order to the kitchen, took trays out, ran an order out to parked car and handed out Uber orders. Made friends with the guy on fries 🤣
